Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 15 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Ollivue ("Ollivue", "we", "us") about your use of the Ollivue mobile app, this website and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. The service
Ollivue helps you work on personal goals the way a team runs a project. You set goals, plan weekly sprints, answer short daily check-ins and get a review at the end of each sprint. For each goal you work with an AI "product owner" (a "PO") that plans with you, checks in, reviews your work and writes feedback.
The Service is early software. Features can change, and some may be unavailable or contain errors.
3. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country requires a higher age to use online services without a parent's consent. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms for you. You must be allowed to use the Service under the laws that apply to you.
4. Your account
You sign in with a Google account or an email address and password. You agree to give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person.
5. Your PO is an AI
Your PO is an artificial intelligence. It can be wrong, forgetful or too blunt, and it is not a person. Its plans, feedback, "approved" decisions and reviews are for motivation and organisation only.
- A PO is not a doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial adviser, coach or other licensed professional, even when it has a specialization such as fitness, career or learning.
- Don't rely on a PO for medical, mental health, legal, financial or safety decisions. Talk to a qualified professional.
- The Service is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis or in danger, contact your local emergency services.
- You decide what to do with any suggestion. You are responsible for your goals and the choices you make.
6. Your content
"Your content" means what you put into the Service: goals, tasks, chat messages, check-in answers, proof text and links, and voice you speak in calls. You keep ownership of it.
You give us a limited licence to store, process and display your content only to run and improve the Service for you, including sending it to the service providers described in section 10 so your PO can reply. You promise that you have the right to share your content and that it doesn't break the law or anyone's rights. Please don't put other people's private information, passwords or payment details into the Service.
Weekly review cards are yours to share. If you share one, you are choosing to make what's on it public.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to harass, threaten or harm others, or for anything illegal;
- try to make a PO produce harmful, hateful, sexual or dangerous content;
- break, probe or overload the Service, or try to get around its limits or security;
- access it with bots, scripts or scraping, or copy, reverse engineer or resell it;
- pretend to be someone else, or use another person's account.
8. Limits and fair use
To keep the Service available and affordable, we set limits, for example on messages per day and call minutes. We may change these limits. We may pause, restrict or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the Service at risk, and we may switch features off temporarily for maintenance or safety.
9. Calls and notifications
You can talk to your PO by voice. Your speech is processed in real time by an AI provider to produce the PO's replies. We keep a transcript and a short summary in your chat. We do not store the audio itself. Tell anyone near you that you are on a call with an AI, and don't share other people's private conversations on it.
With your permission we send push notifications such as check-in reminders and messages from your PO. You can turn them off in your device settings or in the app.
10. Other companies' services
We use other companies to run Ollivue, including Google (sign-in, notifications and hosting), OpenAI (AI replies and voice) and a database host. Your content is sent to them as needed to provide the Service, and their own terms apply to their part. See our Privacy Policy for details.
11. Changes to the service
We may add, change or remove features at any time, and we may stop offering the Service. If we end the Service we'll try to give you reasonable notice.
12. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time. To close your account and ask for your data to be deleted, email us at hello@ollivue.app from the address on your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 13 and 14) continue after your account ends.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that a PO's output will be accurate or suitable for you, or that you will reach any goal. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
14. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Ollivue is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or [amount, for example USD 50] if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is important we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after the change, you accept the new terms.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [country or state], and the courts of [city, country] can decide disputes, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to go to court where you live.
